Applications: Exhibits the same characteristics as PECOSIL® FSL-150. It is higher in viscosity (250 cps.), however and is useful where additional spreadability is desirable.

Perfluorononyl Dimethicone

Applications: Recommended for the same uses as PECOSIL® FSH-150. It does, however, contain a higher percentage of fluoro moiety and is useful where additional hydrophobicity and spreadability are required.

Perfluorononyl Dimethicone

Applications: Extremely hydrophobic with broad solubility characteristics in silicones and esters. Finds application in lipstick, skin and makeup products. Its low viscosity (50 cps.) promotes lustrous, light hair conditioning.

 

FSL-300<PHOENomenon>

Perfluorononyl Dimethicone

Applications: Has the same solubility characteristics and applications as PECOSIL® FSL-150. It is higher in fluoro content and is useful where additional spreadability is desirable.

Dimethicone PEG-7 Phosphate

 

Applications: Anionic, primary o/w emulsifier with acid pH, emollient, counter-irritant for sodium lauryl sulfate and alpha-hydroxy acids, pigment wetter and TiO2-dispersant. Provides hair manageability and sheen in shampoos. Increases SPF in sunscreen systems. These properties make it useful in aerosol systems, shaving preparations, sun products, creams, lotions and hair products (shampoos and conditioners).

 

PS-100 K

Potassium Dimethicone PEG-7 Phosphate

Applications: Potassium salt of PECOSIL® PS-100. Provides more cushion than PECOSIL® PS-100. Also functions as a primary o/w emulsifier with uses similar to PECOSIL® PS-100.

 

PS-112<PHOENomenon>

Dimethicone PEG-7 Phosphate

Applications: PECOSIL® PS-112 is a high molecular weight polymeric analog of PECOSIL® PS-100. Recommended for the same uses as PECOSIL® PS-100. Its distinguishing characteristic is that it contains 12 ionizable phosphate groups.

Steardimonium Hydroxypropyl PEG-7 Dimethicone Phosphate

Applications: Higher molecular weight analog to PECOSIL® PSQ-418 having 12 quaternary groups in the molecule versus quaternary groups in PECOSIL® PSQ-418.

Steardimonium Hydroxypropyl PEG-7 Dimethicone Phosphate Chloride

Applications: Quarternized version of PECOSIL® PS-100. As a cationic it will exhibit increased affinity for anionic substrates such as hair and skin for pronounced conditioning effects. Good detangling and combability.

PEG-9 Dimethicone/PEG-9 Grape Seed Phosphate

Applications: 100% active water soluble moisturizing and conditioning emollient system which combines the properties of dimethicone co-polyol with phosphated grape derivatives which have well established benefits to skin and hair.

Applications: Combines the properties of both silicone and panthenol in a single molecule. Provides hydration and conditioning as well as improved wet and dry-comb characteristics to the hair.

 

SW-83<PHOENomenon>

Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein/Dimethicone PEG-7 Acetate

Applications: Polymeric film-former, substantive to hair. Combines properties of both silicone and protein in one molecule. Imparts shine, provides body, manageability, conditioning, and repairs split ends. Useful in shampoos, conditioners, and styling gels. Also finds application in bath and shower gels.

Applications: PECOSIL® SWQ-40 is quarternized PECOSIL® SW-83. Applications are similar to PECOSIL® SW-83; however, PECOSIL® SWQ-40 is more substantive and is designed to provide more hydration to hair.
