PECOGEL®

H-115
VP/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Aqueous film-former with properties similar to PECOGEL® H-12, except dry film has greater water-resistance.
H-12
VP/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Aqueous film-former. Dries to a clear, continuous, non-tacky film. Slippery when wet. Resists removal with water. Useful in mascara, shampoos, and conditioners for hair body and manageability. Provides humectancy in skin products.
H-1220
VP/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Aqueous film-former with properties similar to PECOGEL® H-12 and PECOGEL® H-115, except dry film has greater degree of water-resistance than PECOGEL® H-115.
HS-501<PHOENomenon>
VP/Dimethiconylacrylate/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester and VP/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Silicone-based film-former. Film is flexible and non-tacky when wet. Film is thicker and tougher than other Hydrogel Products.
S-1120
VP/Dimethiconylacrylate/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Silicone-based film-former. Dry film properties similar to PECOGEL® H-12, except that the dry film is insoluble in water. Uses similar to those for the PECOGEL® H series.
S-2120
VP/Dimethiconylacrylate/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Silicone-based film-former. Dry film properties similar to PECOGEL® H-12, except that the dry film is insoluble in water. Contains more silicone that PECOGEL® S-1120. Uses similar to those for the PECOGEL® H series.
amyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Chemically identical to PECOGEL® H-115 except that ethanol is used as a solvent. Product is of interest where more rapid drying over PECOGEL® H-115 is desirable.
GC-1110
VP/Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester
Applications: Aqueous cationic, polymeric film-former. Dry film properties similar to PECOGEL® H-12. Less cationic in character than PECOGEL® GC-310, but is more water-resistant in dry film form. Used in hair conditioners and hair styling products.
