PHOENOMULSE CE-2 (Click here for product PHOENomenon) MSDS
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully replaced 3M's Cosmetic Fluid CF-61 (methylperfluorobutyl Ether and methylperfluoroisobutyl Ether), with an alternate organo Perfluoro volatile compound. This reformulated new foaming agent will be called PHOENOMULSE CE-2. Fanatical Foam (Spa Prototype), made with PHOENOMULSE CE-2 will be called Fanatical Foam II.
There are noticeable advantages in Fanatical Foam II over Fanatical Foam. Fanatical Foam II exhibits an instant and continuous cooling effect when applied to skin. Foam development takes a few seconds longer with Fanatical Foam II. However, the foam is considerably more dense, creamy and stable on both wet and dry skin, than the foam obtained from Fanatical Foam.
PHOENOMULSE CE-2 is suggested as a “drop-in” replacement for PHOENOMULSE CE-1.
